Application
- Clean the mould surface of dust and other impurities.
- Place the appropriate amount of water in a clean container and add gypsum until it covers the water surface.
- Wait 2 to 3 minutes, then mix manually or with a slow mechanical mixer until the mixture is homogeneous and free of lumps.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the mould, then shake and vibrate it so no air bubbles remain.
- For greater strength, place glass fibre in the mould, then pour and level the second face.
- Clean the mould corners after the plaster begins to harden.
- The gypsum panel can be removed from the mould after approximately 30 minutes.
Warnings and precautions
- The application area must be at least +5°C.
- Do not add water or gypsum after preparing the mixture.
- Before bonding, moisten the ceiling and wall surfaces.
- Do not add any other materials to the mixture.
